Scots Law Books of Lord Rodger

On 27 June 2011, this Blog noted the death of Lord Rodger, Judge of the Supreme Court, on 26th June 2011. It has noted various tributes and commemorative events. Lord Rodger’s Roman law collection was catalogued and then distributed to various libraries and individuals. A selection of books on Scots law from his library is now available for sale.
